- SHEREE R.

We took our 10 week old to see her after visiting so many doctors and leaving with only daunting diagnoses and prescribed medications. After seeing Dr. O’Connell for the first time, we had a different baby! We left her office with answers to all our questions. She is so kind and gentle with our boy, but also with us. We have gone from a crying and unhappy baby 90% of the time to a happy and smiling baby 90% of the time. Once skeptics have now turned into believers - we owe Dr. O’Connell everything for giving us our baby back!"

"I can't recommend dr. o'connell enough.

- BOBBY B.

She will take time each and every visit to ensure that you get the best chiropractic care possible. Dr. Sara a highly skilled professional, but she also made my family and I feel right at home from the minute we walked through her doors."

"Dr. Sara truly takes the time to understand your health and tailor her care to your needs.

CAN I GET AN ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT A FIRST VISIT EXAM?

No, your first visit appointment is our chance to connect, listen to your concerns, answer any questions, and understand your, or your child’s, specific health goals. This visit helps direct care moving forward.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes! Children are always welcome! We’re a family-centered community and love doing life with kiddos. If that doesn’t jive with you, our practice most likely won’t either!

WILL I HEAR A "CRACK OR POP" DURING MY ADJUSTMENT?

Sometimes, but that’s not our goal. Our mission is to work with your (or your kiddo’s) nervous system to increase your body’s ability to adapt to stress and function at its best.

Dr. Sara does this through a specific analysis of your nervous system and is known for being gentle and intuitive while firmly believing in bio-individuality. Sometimes she uses her hands for adjustments and sometimes she uses an instrument.

For infants, there’s never any fast movements, twisting, cracking, popping or instruments.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

No, however, we do accept HSA, FSA and all major credit cards.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST VISIT AT BE WELL BARN?

Trying something new, especially when it comes to your health and/or your kiddo(s) can be daunting. But with a bit of prep we hope to ease your nerves and help ensure that you feel as comfortable and excited about your upcoming time with us as possible. Here’s what to expect for your first visit with us!

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

Wear cozy socks. We often have little ones crawling around on the ground and strive to keep ice, snow, mud and toxins out of our space, so when you arrive at Be Well Barn we ask that you remove your shoes and leave them just inside the door.

On your first visit you will also likely need to remove the top half of your clothing for your CLA INSiGHT scans; we will provide you with a gown to wear at that time.

Other than that, please feel free to wear whatever you’re most comfortable in to your appointments.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located near the airport in Gypsum, CO. You will receive specific directions to our practice prior to your first visit. If you have any questions or trouble finding us, please don’t hesitate to text us at 720-515-6338.
